Shipping Information

Excluding holidays, orders are usually processed on the next business day after you place your order. Orders received on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday. Some products have longer processing times. Any shipping transit times are in addition to the order processing times.

Shimmer Boutique offers FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $60.00 in the contiguous 48 US States. Yeti Coolers, Corn hole boards and tents are not included in the free shipping offer due to weight and size.  Any order below $60.00 will have standard shipping rates from UPS based on the weight and/or dimensions of your order.

For oversized, bulky, or multiple package shipments that require expedited shipping, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] for a quote. You will be advised via email or phone of any additional shipping charges. Tracking Numbers and status are available through the Order Status Page.

Returns and Exchanges

If an item in your order is damaged or defective, please contact our store at [email protected] or contact us via the website

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return new and unused items within 15 days of original shipment date for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, less any shipping fees incurred by the original purchase.  All SALE items are a final sale and are not returnable. Special orders are not returnable.  In order to receive a refund, all merchandise must possess the original manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Defective merchandise shall be returned directly to the manufacturer under their return policy; please contact our customer service department for details. All returns must be insured and postage prepaid. Please clearly print/type your name and address on the outside of the package. Merchandise must include a copy of our invoice or packing slip. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Shimmer Boutique reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase. All online purchases are eligible for In Store returns with original invoice. All In Store returns will require that the same specifications are met as listed above. In the event that the original invoice is not present, an exchange or store credit will be offered for the current selling price.

Shimmer Boutique does not accept returns from website purchases at either of our locations. All returns for items purchased through the site must be returned to the address listed below.

Manufacturer’s Warranty Claims

We take the worry out of claims and exchanges, you can simply send your items back to us. Some vendors require that you handle all warranty exchanges directly through them. Please contact these vendors directly, if your item is made by them:


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during check out. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please first check your spam folder, then contact us via our website or [email protected] if further assistance is needed.
